First day of school

This year on August 24 Addison headed off for 4th grade and Kylee 2nd grade. They were both very excited to start a new school year and I am very grateful for the teachers they have. I prayed all summer for these 2 women and feel so blessed they will have them for this school year. I can't believe how fast they are growing up - not so grown up though as I had to send Addison back to her room to wipe all the make up off she had on.

Davis County Fair

We take the kids to the Davis County Fair every year. This year they had a huge petting zoo with a lot of different animals. We bought them each a little cup of feed and they were able to feed the animals. Brynja was not scared at all and Ron had to keep her from putting her hand in their mouths. Addison and Kylee were each able to milk a real cow with was very cool to them.

Big Sisters

Brynja has the best big sisters ever. They are both so good to play with her, read to her, and just love her. She wants to be where they are and do what they do. The are very patient with her and willing to give in to make her happy. I could not have asked for better big sisters for her. I pray they will remember how much she wants to copy them as they make decisions for their lives.

Brynja's mischief

Brynja is a busy busy girl. I can not keep up with her all day now that the girls are gone in school. She loves to wear as many bracelets, necklaces, and lip gloss as possible. She puts it all on and then walks around saying "pretty, pretty " all day.

4th of July

Our family attends the Clearfield Parade and fireworks every year with friends and family. I was worried Brynja would be scared of the noise and cars but she was not. She loved the candy thrown out the window and kept running in the street to get as much as she could. She may be small but she knows how to fight for her candy. We were also happy to have Ron's mom here for the holiday.

Donna's wedding-June 2009

My wonderful and loving Aunt Donna was married this summer to the love of her life Mike Ullmen. It was a shock to realize that she loved more than us nieces and nephews! It is very hard to share her but we are all so happy for her to have found someone to spend her life with. This is our big family on her wedding day.
She looks beautiful and I wish her all the happiness in the world. She has shared our lives with us and we have always been close so I can only wish happy things for her. I love you Donna.

Brynja's summer fun in ND

Riding in an old wagon, kisses from Donna on her wedding day, riding ponies with Sam, eating snacks off the floor with Preston and hanging out with Nana, Livia, and Kari
